customizing and prioritizing…

I just made my second sale in my shoppe!
I was so touched to have a woman from Canada contact me and ask if I could make her a pair of the gauntlets I just put in the shoppe in a color of her choice with a specific type of button.

I was struck giddy, I tell you. I’m still feeling a bit woozy.
I whipped up her gauntlets yesterday and I’m mailing them off to her today.

I honestly didn’t expect this kind of response when I opened my shoppe.
I am so glad at the success I have had so far!

I still haven’t had a chance to make up the coaster set that sold out right away.
but I’ll get there!
my asian blanket didn’t get posted on etsy either and I STILL need to mail off Mrs.’s G’s owl tote and J.’s boobie prize. oh! and Sarah, your poster size print is still sitting on my sewing table!
*Ughhh*
I apologize to everyone who’s suffered second degree burns from being placed on the back burner. I am sure I will get better at prioritizing.
in time. (got some to spare, by the way?)

the Custom order thing definitely kept me on my toes but I loved doing it!
it makes it all the more sweeter knowing that what I made is going to be adored by it’s owner because she requested it personally and had it tailored to her own liking.
what a great feeling.

thanks so much to all of you for your kind and encouraging words of support. I am truly grateful for each and every one. I’d hug you, if I could. (for now, my monitor will have to suffice.)

have a happy Wednesday. 🙂
