Pastel de Tres leches….



AKA: Three Milk Cake. Originated in Latin America, this cake is made with three different types of milk. In this recipe, specifically, sweetened condensed and evaporated milks and half and half.

Uh, yeah.
Yum.

I have to admit, this is the first time I have ever tried a Tres Leches cake EVER.
The thought always sort of grossed me out, given the raging Chocolate Fiend that I am.
How could a cake possibly be any good, without a stitch of chocolaty goodness in it???
Okay I have issues, clearly.

But, they have now been resolved.

Try this recipe.
Tonight.
In spite of it’s chocolatelessness.
