the very same phenomenon is going on in my house. if you figure out a way to stop it, you must pass along the cure to every baby book hugging mom out there! the other day we’re sitting on the couch and i couldn’t figure out this odd smell- not horrible, just not…pleasant. after a little searching – it’s one of my babies! my oldest son has started to sweat NOOOOOO! i’m not ready

That reminds me of my friend who lives next door. She said her 9 year old is already sprouting a little mustache…black hairs on his upper lip.

What a beautiful young face with such grown up hands! They grow up SOOO fast, my baby/daughter is turning 23 in two days and it seems like only yesterday when she looked a bit like this photo (without the nails, as she was never much into “girly” things).
Oh, I feel your pain (and fear!). She’s a beautiful girl, even with the grown up nails!
It all starts with these fingernails and in the blink of an eye, she’ll be off to college. Savor it even when it feels like your head is going to explode…well, actually, on those days maybe you should just drink a beer.

While mine isn’t wearing the press on nails (LOL oh boy!) I did make the mistake of looking over the last years pictures last nite.
And when I saw the pictures just a year ago with gigi’s (pacifier) and diapers poking out of his waistband, and the shoes I just threw out because they’re WAY too small, and the pudgy hands and face that are thinning out…..
…move over and pass the coffee pot. and I prefer hershey’s kisses fwiw. :p

diego’s been telling us he doesn’t want to grow up and if he does he wants to stay the same size he is right now… we’ll see how long this lasts.
