That is very funny. This little guy has a crazy good sense of adventure.
I am certain that this created a gigantic mess and still, you seem to have reacted with such a calm and gentle sense of humor, not to mention the clarity of mind to grab a camera and document the whole incident.
I, on the other hand, would have engaged in the following tactic: have a hissy fit that is way too loud and then blame anyone in sight for leaving the sticky jam out and then shout some more until the whole thing ends with both parties in tears.
I’m going to say, I think you handled this situation much better than I would have.

I’ve discovered if I remain calm and go grab the camera, take a snap, then blog about it later, it is quite therapeutic!
