hey, everyone. I’m sorry I’ve been away so long. I’ve had quite a few things on my plate. (or should I say ‘palette’)
I finally finished up my ‘secret’ embroidery project and also got the print back that I was awaiting, framed it and wrapped everything up in two pretty packages. one successful surprise 35th wedding anniversary party later, and viola…..my in-laws loved their gifts!
for my mother-in-law, Charlotte, I did an embroidered family tree and framed it. for my father-in-law, Alan, I had a photo I took of the Spruce Goose airplane blown up and then I framed it.
I didn’t get a picture of Alan’s gift, so I’ll post that at a later date. I also finished up a ‘his’ and ‘hers’ apron set for a wedding gift. I’ll post those photos later, as well. I also need to make a card for the happy couple. I’m leaving for this wedding this Friday. nothing like waiting ’till the last minute, ‘eh? I’m nothing, if not an “organized procrastinator”!
