okay, so everyone who knows me is familiar with the fact that I bake. wait….let me correct myself. I LOVE to bake. I live, eat and breathe baking. it’s just what I do. I do it without exception. sick, on vacation, 2 o’clock in the morning, broken arm…. (okay maybe never that last one.) but [...]       I spotted an absolutely beautiful baby blanket over at posie gets cozy and I made it my mission to conquer it. I am pretty much horrible at blankets….(think about it, people, how many ripple afghans have I started? and how many have I finished and posted here??) I have always stuck to mostly scarves, hats [...] all done with the wedding gift for my cousin….a “his” and “hers” apron set with two patchwork tea-towels.I embroidered the aprons and there is a large front pocket I sewed using a striped remnant I had left over from the patchwork. I liked how they turned out. here’s hoping the “bride and groom” do, [...] hey, everyone. I’m sorry I’ve been away so long. I’ve had quite a few things on my plate.
